Can bottom bouncers (3/4-1oz) be deployed using planer boards with crawler harnesses?? I have walleye boards with the adjustable weight and I am wondering how much line to put out in 10 15 ft of water any info would be greatly appreciated

I have used bottom bouncers with off shore boards with no problem.I just set bouncers so they touch bottom and clip board on 3 to 4 ft above that and your set

The best advice I can give you on trolling cranks with boards is to invest in a book called Precision Trolling it is well worth the 20 bucks it will cover trolling everything. All your different baits etc alot of times the purpose of using boards is for suspended fish and this book covers all these topic,s it will be the best 20 you can spend
