My Roommate just picked up a 6 week old German Short-hair. Just wanted to share a couple of picks of the little girl. I’m sure she’ll be in the boat quite a bit this summer with me too.

Hopefully she will be able to sniff out a few walleyes for me this year.

    What a cutie !

At 1.5 years of age, my dog jumped out of the boat in 12 feet of water.. Instantly realized there wasn’t a bottom.. Boy ws that funny.

Yellow Lab/St Bernard Mix.. boy was he heavy to get back in the boat.

Very good lokking pup. I find them a little more wound than this old guy can handle, the last one I had was named Rowdy and boy did he live up to his name. I work road const. away from home and when my wife had to take care of him when I was gone it didn’t turn out good, the day he cornered her kitten and almost killed it was the last straw.

I have a GSP female that is just a little over 2 years old (Daisy) and she is the nicest mellowest young GSP I’ve ever known. She is still sneaky and gets into stuff when you aren’t paying attention; but I just love the breed. They are so much fun to watch pheasant hunting. Good luck with the new pup!

Lets hope that she is able to sniff out roosters in the cattails better than walleyes on the flats.
