I am comparing a G3 Angler V167T to an Alumacraft Lunker 165LTD both tiller models.Does anyone have any information. And also does any other boats have simlar floor plans as these in a 16 1/2 to a 17 1/2 tiller model.I have not had much luck in finding good boats in a tiller model. Any help is appreciated.

For at least the past 10 years I have believed that the Lund Alaskan is the best tiller boat on the market. It is all the boat you’ll ever need, big, deep, durable….and the fact that I’m on the Lund pro staff has nothing to do do with this opinion!

Do yourself a favor and take a look at the Alumacraft 16′ Navigator tiller. I think you will be amazed at the amount of boat you will get for your dollar. They are slightly more than the other 2 mentioned but are twice the boat.

Thanks. Looks like the Alaskan has a level floor also and that is what I need. I do not need a step up at the front. I need to trade a 2003 Lund Explorer 1800 tiller for an Alaskan 1600 tiller. If you hear of a nice boat in an Alaskan please let me know. Thanks for your help

Thanks I will look at the Navigator but I do not need a real wide beam.
