How many metal fillings do you have in your teeth? Just curious based on a conversation I had with my dentist.

One gold crown. I’ve never had a cavity in my brief 41 years.

Clark, did you get a metal filling, or a clear resin one?

I got a bunch, plus a couple of broken teeth that have been repaired……Soft teeth run on my mother’s side of the family and I’m so gratefull to get that family trait!!! I’m 35 and it has hurt ever since I’ve known, to bite into cold icecream…..

At age 40 it Looks like:
    11-Fillings of various sizes
2-fake front teeth (playing catch with a rock…it won)
    1- Gold toof
1- Root canal replacement that has just recently fallen apart.

Yes I did brush all the time.
It could have been the short 3 years in Memphis. My teeth wanted to fit in with the populus more than I did.

I’m patiently waiting for a “punch line” to this question, but it doesn’t seem to be coming. Moss, you’re either a dentist at the slow time of the year, or you have curious interests. Either way——— BRING ON SPRING!!!!

Did you know the Tooth Brush was invented in Arkansas…. OTHERWISE it would have been named a Teeth Brush….

I thought it would be called a toofusis brush.

I have one toofusis with a filling. I got it when i was in 5th grade.(I’m now 40) It cracked about 5 years ago and I got a cap put on it.

I had $900.00 I was going to spend on a nice 20 hp Yamaha short shaft for my duck boat.

$850 of it went into my mouth.

14 metal and a few “white” ones. I once had six cavities at one time. That was not fun to repair. Ted

I sold all my silver for cash, then purchased crankbaits. Priorities.

Funny you brought up the subject of teeth. I just got my wisdom teeth out a few hours ago. They took out 4 of them. As for fillings, I have 5 or 6. I started taking care of my teeth a lot better when my parents told me that I will have to start paying for them one day.

This post only took me about 10 minutes to type because I am still floating high up in the clouds.
