Some how a Retry AOL icon showed up on my desktop, my wife and daugther say they do not know how it got there. When I go to Add/Remove programs to uninstall AOL is not listed there, how do I uninstall this program?
Hi Steve! I am Croixman’s wife and I am a Technical person…..you can try going to you Hard Drive most people have it named C:\ but you may have it partioned differently. From your Hard Drive (Local disk) let’s assume it is C:\ go to C:\Program Files and look for AOL there- simply delet it and this should do the trick! Good Luck!!!
Right click it, properties, see where it’s installed, it probably installed on the desk top and delete it.
