I have a little project I’m working on and I need a mold made. The machinist I’ve used in the past is selling off his equipment and going bass fishing. Can anyone suggest a good machinist that works from home or has their own shop. I really want to avoid the big shops and the ultra-expensive hourly shop rates if possible.

I have drawings if that will help. Looking for a 2 part mold machined from a standard do-it blank. All files are available in .igs format or I can have the engineer export to suit.

Man… I’ve got so many contact numbers right now I’m begining to think you and I are the only two people here that don’t have a CNC mill… lol
I’ll holler if I chew through this list of people without success. This mold is a pretty straightforward piece so I’m not worried about finding someone that can do it. IT will come down to how cheap I feel today.
