I still didn’t get my first eye through the ice. I think Stiel sent me on a wild eye chase on sunday. We did hit the spot but didn’t get there until 8:30. O well maybe next yr. It was nice to meet you scott and I hope that ring stays on.
Scott put his hand in his pants pocket to grab some cash and when he pulled his hand back out with the money he didn’t notice the ring fell off at his feet. Moe’s wife spotted it and the ring ended up back on Scott’s finger but it did take a little pursuation from Scott to convince her that the ring was actually his.
He’s lucky. I would have to believe coming home sans wedding ring will get a guy in some hot water with the wife.

Nice meeting you Moe..I guess I forgot to tell you it helps to get to the spot WHILE they are still biting
As for the ring. It falls off all the time when my fingers are cold. That is why I rarely wear it on the ice. I didn’t think I would be fishing to hard this weekend so I wore it..yep, almost lost it
A few more pictures to add to the collection. Chef Bobber and Chef Putz did a great job of grilling lunch for the hungy bunch. Winston caught a couple nice Walleyes (24″ + 25 1/2″)just a few steps from party central. A special thanks to Bob for setting up the event, looking forward to next year. Another special thanks to Sandy my fovorite waitress at Hunters, as always her service was outstanding.
