Looks like they wish they were, 1 and done. Grossman looks lost, welcome back to the playoffs…. ….I’m just wondering what happened to the best defense in 30 years, Tillman looks like Terrel Buckley

Big Pike, There are 4 – 15min quarters in the NFL now, and I think they count the points you score in the 3erd and 4th quarters toward your final total to decide the winner (I’ll check the NFL website to confirm that)..let the game play out. BTW, what time is the Packer game on today……..?

Mr Golden eye, like takin candy from a baby, da big bad monsters of the midway are one and done, about the only thing that can be said is they kept themselves from getting blowin out, in this case hind sight wasnt 20/20, you could see after the first 15 minutes of the game. Steve Smith made there defense look silly. P.S. The Packers arent playing today, the point was that da bears wish they were playing them instead.

Pike, I know what your sayin’ – I’m just givin’ you a hard time.

However, in the NFL ( or any pro sport for that matter) your team isn’t gonna win the championship every year. The only thing you can hope for is that they play well enough to make the season fun to watch (i.e the Vikings and Bears this year. )

Although the Vikes didn’t make the playoffs, they took it right up to week 16 and kept thier fans entertained – isn’t entertainment the goal of watchin’ sports?

Same goes for the Bears this year, They were a fun team(defense)to watch and they made the last 17-18 weeks enjoyable for thier fans.

The 2005 Packers……….Well, how much fun did you have this year? you see my point, don’t you?

So how interesting will the NFC North be next year? 3 out of the 4 teams will have new head coaches to start the season! I jst hope Childress is the answer for the Purple!

Oh, it hurts. I should have gone fishing instead of watching that game.
I guess there’s always next year.

The outcome of the game didn’t surprise me. I’ve said all season long that I didn’t think the Bears “D” was nearly as good as everyone was saying it was, and Carolina exploited those weaknesses pretty good yesterday.

Chicago is lucky that it was as close as it was at the end. Heck, the officals tried everything they could to keep them in the game!

The officiating in both games yesterday was terrible.
