    ** RULE CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR **

    1 – When playing polio patients, the Packers must not disconnect knee braces.
    2 – When playing the Blind Academy, the Packers must not hide the football under their jerseys.

    ** RULES THE SAME FROM LAST YEAR **

    1 – A touchdown (this is when the ball is carried over the goal line for all you Packer fans that have never seen this) it is still worth 6 points.
    2 – The Packers will be allowed 20 men on the field at all times.
    3 – The Packers will be allowed to substitute with band members at anytime.
    4 – The Packers will be awarded 10 timeouts as opposed to 3 for the opposing team.
    5 – The Packers will be awarded a first down with each gain of three yards or more, instead of the usual ten yards.

    ** COACHING CHANGES **

    Mike Sherman will be replaced by Monica Lewinsky. She will no doubt blow a few, but she certainly won’t choke on the big ones!!!

    Hey Watts:
    The Nov. 2 game will be a tough one as the ViQueens always play tough, at home, coming off a “Boat Trip”. And with Tice out of work he will be in town to Scalp tickets when the ViQueenies plays in Green Bay.

    With that schedule and a successful draft, I can see the Pack improving their W-L record to a respectable 7-9 next year, maybe even 8-8!

    ** RULE CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR **

    1 – Vikings players must remain fully clothed at all times during games.

    2 – When playing the female teams, no talking to(propositioning)the opposing team will be allowed.

    ** RULES THE SAME FROM LAST YEAR **

    1 – “Holding” when called against female teams will be assesed a 20 yd walkoff

    2 – The Vikings will be searched for any “devices” not football related prior to all games.

    3 – The Correctional officers teams will be allowed to carry handcuffs during all their games.

    4 – ALL games will be video taped for ID of any players who say they were wrongly accused. Names will be pinted on Helmets as well as jerseys for this purpose as well.

    5 – A win will only be awarded if the offensive production is in excess of 100 yards. Wins by special teams will be allowed as long as the offense shows up to play.

    ** COACHING CHANGES **

    This season, a “real” coach will be required, his salary commesurrate with those of his peers to avoid selling of team items, equipment or tickets to suppliment his salary.
