Called customer service told them I broke the arm that holds cable on VS560 if I could order new one guy gets my name address ,and I’m waiting for price he says its in the mail FREE. Thats awesome service THANK YOU MarCum thats why I own 3 of there products not to mention the quality ease of use!!
