This is far from being over, it is still an on going investigation, the fines are nothing to these guys. The next thing you will hear about on this is the law suits from the owner of the boats and his employees.
Lawsuits? I didnt see they were charged with anything that would permit a lawsuit to be filled? What would the basis of the lawsuit be? Those parties happen on those boats all the time..
not a chance, that would give precidence for all kinds of things. Example: I leave my men’s magazine in my rental car and a they forget to clean it out… next person that rents the car has a 18 year old daughter, she gets offended and they track the magazine back to me, should I get sued?
I am contradicting myself here a little bit but they might, I guess since the staff was subjected to it unbenounced.
Culpepper and Tice, what a combo. One sucks on stuff he shouldn’t, the other is so underpaid he scalps tickets. I’ll stick with Favre and Sherman.
huh? I don’t get it.
Just a disgruntled Packer fan who wants to stir the pot if he can. That said, he was rather insightful and quiet articulate in expressing his point wouldn’t you say?
The state and counties investigation IS completed, and the findings of those investigations were handed over to the F.B.I., the state, and county attorneys days ago. These are the only criminal charges that will be levied from this incident. Its a done deal.
There may possibly be some civil suits filed from this, but that is yet to be seen.
