C’mon guys…we need some more seasonal weather..the ice is not getting any thicker

My wife is doing the best she can.

This years Pool 10 Ice Fishing Get Together has been Canceled. Due to the more then ideal temps for making ice I have decided to cancel this years GTG. Two of my friends have fallen through and just last night another has fallen through..This is a Saftey Concern on my part, as I do not want anything to happen to anyone while ice fishing here…If it looks better later in the season I will re post this with a new date, but for now this is canceled. Please call the motel and cancel any reservations you may have made…

Good Call Mr. Ecnook!

I was actually thinking about this very thing this morning when I left to go fishing….IN A BOAT!

Way too many cars and people falling in over the last 3-4 days.

If it doesn’t happen, I’m going to miss it…but there’s always next year!

Good call Dave. I am glad you called it off. IT would of been a blast…had the hockey skates ready to go again this year, but no one needs to be in danger.

Looking forward to it if it happens later this winter when there is more favorable ice.

There is lots of winter ahead of us yet. Just because we are getting all this mild weather now does not mean we can’t have the severe freezing temps coming yet.
My mom always said winter fog – cold enough to freeze a dog.

Safety first. Hopefully, something will materialize. I am going to keep checking here periodically for updates. I really want to meet a bunch of you. Take care….
