OK football rubes, who’s winning the border battle Monday night? Should be a fun game to watch. I think the Purple go to Lambert and upset Favre and company.

    Vikes – 23
    Pack – 17

Oh yah, one more thing, let the love fest begin.

That is the “WARRIOR”. God, I’m already sick of hearing it from Madden.

I’m picking the Vikes to hang a another “L” on Favre and the Packers.

You have to wonder how Favre can play with Maddens head shoved so far up his a$$!

It’s Packer weather. Edinger can’t kick outdoors.

Longwell kicks a 27 yarder with :02 on the clock.

    Packers win 23-20.

SteveO and crew are poured out of Lambeau and into a cab.

In fact I’ll bet 1 bag of Zoom Brushogs (baby or full size) that the Packers win this game with the first six people that respond to this. Shipping included. Straight up no points given.

Put your plastics where your mouth is me boys.

    SteveO,
Are you going to be awake past half time? I’ll be watching the TV closely, trying to find the guy slumped over on his bench seat. I make a wager with you. How about we bet straight up, no points, for a cold one at the Sporty Club?

    You are on Dean.
I plan on lots of Red Bull also. No sleeping going on here.

Yager + red bull = fun The next day is the problem. That combination is a little rough on the insides.

I have yet to figure out how the Vikes can score 30 points in bad weather when their offensive production against the Giants equaled 0.

    Pack 27, Vikings 10.

that’s a good point Fishy. granted the Pack D isn’t as good as the Giants but it will be tough to run against the Pack. I think Burleson is still a little banged up and the recievers get thin after him. If it’s windy at all Brad will have a tough time slinging it.
sandbar, that picture is too funny.

Anyone that picks the Vikes to put up more than 14 points is on crack. They have a horrible offense…you can’t rely on ST and defense to score points every week for your team.

I think it’s going to be a low scoring defensive game.

The Vikes will win 34-24. The vikes should have no problem passing on the Pack’s defense and Favre will throw at least a couple of his “brainfart balls” result in good field position for the Vikes.
    My two cents.

B.C. if favre throws the ball around like he’s blind, don’t count out sharper to be in the vicinity of a couple.

There’s no doubt in my mind that Favre may throw a couple into traffic, but you see Sharper will be out of the game as soon as my man Hendo lays him out.

I heard today that the MNF game of Indy and New England was highest rated ever. Dont you think the Pack and Vikes will rate higher? Afterall, the Pack IS Americas team and everyone loves to see them beat the Queens!

I don’t think the rivalry is a national thing like some others. Indy/NE have a recent history that helped them a ton. I’m betting in GB and Mpls/StPaul the ratings will be off the charts though. Until the vikes are leading 27-0.

I heard on the radio today that Sharper is so pumped up for this game that he met with the coaches and gave them 10 pages of notes about the Packers offense and their play calling tendencies, specifically in regards to certain situations.

He really wants to be introduced at Lambeau to see what kind of greeting the fans will give him.

SHARPER WILL BE PUMPED UNTILL THE PACK START BURNING HIM ON HIS TENDENCIES THAT IS WHEY WE LET HIM GO, FOR EVERY INTERCEPTION HE HAD HE GIVES 2 TOUCHDOWNS TO THE OTHER TEAM, HE WILL BE PUMPED AND THE PACK WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT.

AS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT GIVE THE QUEENS HIGH POINTS, CHECK THE WEATHER AGAIN. REMEMBER THIS IS OUTDOORS.
