    Ya know,
Im not one to gripe with viking fans about their team compared to our team…I am just tickled silly that they are going to pull through with this game! Atlanta is a tough team, one of the toughest in the NFL…that says a lot about the packers ability..(Oh theres another touchdown by the way)
So you viking fans can be happy about your teams win, (and congrats to the vikes),
But i am going to be tickled silly about this game!

The Pack is absolutely first class, regardless of their record. The win was great and despite losing most of there offense via injury or trade this team continues to play hard. The Vikes, Lord I miss Bud Grant.

I thought it was funny watching Bret Favre Flex his muscles after scrambling on a play and getting tackled… Just goes to show how much fun this guy is still having even w/ 1-7 record.

Gado turned out to be a sleeper Good back hopefully w/a future somewhere in this league. Even better story behind him in general….

2-7 now they can still make the playoffs there not that far behind anyone else in the NFC north and they just got to the second half of the season so anythings possibal!

I like to hear the commentators on every network continue to say how they understand how the Pack can be at 2-7 with all the injuries and lost personnel, its funny though how I keep hearing how the Vikes are the biggest dissapointment in the entire NFL.

I know we won’t win the Division this year, but we are getting a good look at the roster depth and might even find a few guys who will move up onthe chart after this year.

    Pack sucks, who cares.

I heard this yesterday, correct me if I am wrong on the date, but I thought they said that the NFC North was 4-0 for the 1st time since 2002 (or was it 1992?)

I, too, liked it when Favre flexed his bicep. Shows he’s still having fun.

How about the wind affecting the field goals in the Bears game.

I believe it was a week of fluke wins. Iowa over WI, the Pack over Ron Mexico and the Queens over one of the best D’s I’ve seen in a while. I wouldn’t get my hopes up if I were rooting for either the Pack or the Queens when it comes to Monday night. I like the Pack’s odd considering it’s at home on grass, outside…I still hope they choke miserably!!

I’ve had this game circled for a long time. The fact that both teams overacheived and won last week will make it that much more intense. Will the Pack keep their slim playoff hopes alive or will the Vikes continue to “right the ship”?
A field goal decides this one. Again!

With 137 yards of total offense, that ship is far from right. Their special teams bailed them out. Or should I say the lack of special teams on the Giant’s part bailed them out. Didn’t Bennet have 19 carries for 16 yards? Plus they were 2-14 on third down conversions. That stats from that game are horrific.

Vikes will have to get another field goal kicker then. Edinger for potential game winners and somebody else for all others.

I said at the time Culpepper went down that the defense will have to carry this team, and they have!

Whats the old saying, “Great teams always find a way to win”! It wasn’t pretty by any means, but the only thing listed in the standings are wins and losses, and yesterday is in the books as a win.

I think it is just great that this team can still win out and have an 11-5 record which WOULD be better than any predictions anyone here made coming into this season.
