I’ve got a picture of me with my biggest fish ever, but can’t post it since it was taken 30 years ago. It was a 197 pound black marlin I caught for the west coast of Mexico out from Mazatlan.

Here’s a pic of my biggest this year…walleye that is. Notice, its daytime, not middle of the night, and it came on a bobber, not a crankbait being dragged all over the lake!!

    D-Nort’s biggest…

He was telling me about the struggle to get it in the boat…I guess Slop Bass was the net man…and he was afraid to get too close…

Here’s the mutated HYBRID I caught last week. I had to sanitize my hands for 3 hours and they still smell like spoiled chicken livers. YUCK!

Thread didn’t get lock down quick enough..oh..well..never mind!

So once you catch one of them, do you have to sign the back of your license or something?

You guys are always picking on me when there’s no women around to stand up for me…

I was going to sign up for the protection job at PDC but changed my mind. You’re making enemies faster than I can defend you.

While this is not my biggest fish, (that would be a salt water bonita… at least weight wise), or even my biggest fresh water fish ( that would be a 42″ northern pike, don’t know the weight and don’t have a picture ) It is the biggest smallie I have caught (22 1/2″ , 5.2 # on a cheap scale). I have since caught larger large mouth bass but am still proud of this one!
