I know we’re hiring 2 new people in our Support Center/Help Desk Analyst Position. Mostly support over the phone, but if anything, it’s a foot in the door. I’m not sure where to find the posting though,

Job market is pretty grim right now, especially around here. My friend has a business degree and had to spend a year and a half doing customer service. Now he’s in line for a management position but he first needed to pay his dues. May want to give wherever Slop works a call.

You might want to consider moving to a city with a bigger IT job market. We can’t find qualified entry level programmers. The IT market isn’t bad everywhere.
