Fire Tice? How about a few players? Moss must be laughing his fanny off instead of showing it off.

Don’t fire him, make him ride out the entire season. Hold him accountable!!! Maybe we could get the #1 pick next year!!!
Its going to be a painful season, but i would hold him accoutable!!!

I agree. No sense in hurting our draft chances when thier not going anywhere in playoffs anyways.

I don’t want to see Tice fired at all. Its the best comedy I have seen in a long time

I have never seen a team that didn’t want to play as much as the vikings. What really burns my [censored] is they insist on having a new stadium that the taxpayers provide. Perhaps they should practice football insted of having sex parties.

The whole F-ing team is a complete disgrace with a couple of exceptions. Management could not find its [censored] with either hand and Tice could not inspire a starving man to eat.

They should keep Tice till the end of the season and then let him go. There are very few candidates out there that we could bring in at mid-season, and surely none that we would want to have for any long term. The other solution would be to promote from within! There is nobody there that you would want to keep as coach next year, and the assistants know that, so why would any one of them take the position for 10-12 weeks and have their reputation blackend by being the head coach of this Vikings team, not to mention that if anyone were to take the position they would know that they are being hired, just to be fired in a couple months.

The taxpayers are paying for LAMBEAU and look where the Packers are. I say keep Tice –he is the best pencil holder they got.

The problems go much deeper than just Tice, we have no front line, a quarteback that forgot how to play, and as always no defence. I say forget paying the players a salerie make them earn their pay as well as the staff and we’ll see players playing again. Hire Denny back

That is most likely what will happen, and not just with the players and coaches either.

I think Tice is here for the duration…..because

WHO ELSE WE GONNA GET MIDSEASON??

Here are a couple of more thoughts.

Zigi is a smart man. He will not fire Tice unless he has a solid plan in place. That plan may mean we have to wait until the season is over so we can look at colleges, assistants in the NFL, and head coaches in the NFL.

He is also going to get the front office straightened out. He will bring in a GM and let him do some of the work. He will also hire the rest of the appropriate front office staff.

He will put together an organizational structure for the Vikings. Who is accountable to who, and what their responsibilities are.

He will (or a member of his staff, such as a GM) sit down with Tice and maybe the rest of the coaches, and lay out some guidelines for them and tell them they have his support.

Zigi has already OK’d bringing in Fazio and Rhome, there are sure to be more changes coming down the pipe.

Yes, we are struggling, we may even continue to struggle, however, give Zigi time to straighten out this organization. Firing coaches right now may lead to more turmoil, which is the last thing this team needs right now.
