Good to see you can still change your mind! Until today you were telling me the worst NFL team was probably the Packers!
October 16, 2005 at 10:37 pm #390034Yup Eye Jacker…they are my role models! In fact, I think WE should should build them a new stadium….one with a boat in it…maybe?
GO VIKINGS!…and take the golfers with ya!
October 17, 2005 at 12:23 am #390053I rather enjoyed the game, I’m just glad Randy Moss is on the west coast.
October 17, 2005 at 2:15 pm #390122I have to agree with you on that one. I was at the game yesterday and it was nice to see the Bears take care of a beatable divisional opponent. We’ve beaten Detroit once, we’ve beaten the Vikes once, now we just need to take care of the Packers. Definitely doable.
All of the ‘Love Boat’signs at the game were hysterical. Never saw so many captains hats before either!!!
October 17, 2005 at 2:53 pm #390128As A bears fan I would have to say that was a good game. I realy liked the play calling 4th and 12 inside your own 15. All that I can say is SACK!!! priceless
October 17, 2005 at 3:01 pm #390132Sure was a miserable waste of time to watch that game. I’ve been a Viking fan since Joe Kapp was around and it’s extremely sad when even the announcers, who were not very good anyway(if ya ain’t winning ya don’t get great talent to call game)can’t find anything even remotely encouraging to say about the Vikings. At least we have a punter if we could just cover kicks – 49 yard return
The team is in a total nose dive, and the sooner the house is cleaned the better. Even here in Iowa the stench they made in Chicago was nearly intollerable.

October 17, 2005 at 7:05 pm #390218My choice, Bill Romanowski! Disciplined, dedicated and tougher than nails!

Romo’s RoidsOctober 17, 2005 at 7:27 pm #390226who for the next coach?
Kind of make me think of the Johnny Cash song “Boy named Sue”…Bill or George, or any….I don’t think we can do any worse than what we have now, and that includes Les Steckle.

I guess I knew that, however nobody is perfect! Are there rules againt the coach taking Roids? I’d be GRATEFUL for your response, Mr Spell-Checker.
October 17, 2005 at 8:33 pm #390244I’m pretty sure they don’t drug check coaches. Romo would certainly bring a new hard nosed attitude to the team. If he doesn’t like your effort, he may just punch you in the eye like he did his teammate in Oakland! I’m glad to see that you’re still GRATEFUL for my unsolicited spelling assistance. Any time that you need it, I’m there for you. Like it or not!
October 17, 2005 at 8:51 pm #390247Tice was hired to be a team goon and that didnt work.. Jimmy Johnson gets my vote from the current coaching pool.

I find that thought about as comforting as the new cement swim fins I Da’ Woman recently bought for me!

I stand corrected, make that the second worst team!
