This recipe is korean and simple and cheap to fix and we make them a through out the year. I know the name and its hard to spell it so here goes, The name is sacamandu’s,,,these ingrediants are for 3 to 4 people,,,1lb. of hamburger, i can of beansprouts, two bunches of long green onions or one regular onion, flour, i can of mushrooms, bottle of soy sauce, bowl of water for wetting dough edges. First chop up one bunch of onions and put in bowl with soy sauce and let sit so onions soak up soy sauce. Mix flour in a bowl with water to consistancy that you can roll it out into 6 inch round doughs when ready. Mix hamburger, beansprouts, mushrooms and chop up the other bunch of long green onions and mix those in. Mix with your hand. Then roll out doughs to 6″ in diameter and fairly thin for through frying. Take about 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons full of ingrediants that have been mixed and put in center of dough. Put your fingertips in the water and put on half the circumfrence of dough to wet this edge. Fold over dough and press edges of dough together so the ingrediants are sealed inside. Pat lightly to make an even thickness for even deep frying. Put these into deep fryier and cook until golden brown. Then serve on plate with the soysauce and onion mix spooned over the top. These are easy to make and good too eat and are just right for those long summer day apatites because they aren’t heavy.
