    I bought a blazer on Saturday………and Yes it’s purple

I’ve already had my first flat tire And discovered that I have wires loose that connect to the battery

Oh, and I almost forgot…….the girl who I bought the blazer from deciced to take the plates off the truck before she gave it to me! She said she needed to turn them back into the courthouse. So I’m driving illegally until my plates are in

    Congrats on the new wheels.

    You’re quite the rebel.

I used to drive with expired tabs just for kicks. I’d wait until the color of the tabs had changed to the current year then buy new ones.

That was in my reckless youth.

Gongrats on the new truck. My new ride was suposed to be ready last week. They just needed to finish up a little welding on the front end and it was ready to go. That was before a spark jumped into the fire wall and started the cab on fire. Back to square one with putting a new cab on the truck.

BrianK are you bowing cause you feel bad for her buying a CHEVY???

Flat tire, bad wiring, plates falling off, transmission repair…….Heck those are just daily maintenance costs that all CHEVY owners should have figured into their budget

I think that is what you call stirring the pot

You have no idea what GM Mechanics really think of the Blazer. The news is not good.

Blazers are good vehicles. I had a 95 and ran it up to 170000 miles. The 4.3 is a good motor and still gets decent mileage.

Krista, You’ll love the blazer. The 4.3 will pull any boat you want, even a bass boat. The trannies are a little weak, so be sure to get a cooler put on it before you start towing things!!! Congrats!

Looks like a 95? I had one and never had a problem with it.

Excellent color choice! I’ve got a ’96 in the same hue! Don’t think it’s quite as acceptable for a guy to have a purple vehicle though. Any input?

things like that are just wrong, funny, but wrong, I’ve been here too long.

NKrista, nice ride, we had a 95 Blazer, until last summer 168K and only minor issues, just got to the point where value and cost to maintain in the manor needed, said time to go. Didn’t have a boat at the time, but a 3500lb camper and she towed like a dream.(get the tranny cooler and only overdrive on flat freeway stretchs) Enjoy young lady
