No license in Wisconsin this weekend

    Just a quick note to remind everyone that you do not need a license to fish in Wisconsin this weekend. June 4-5! Come on over and spend your time and money in God’s Country!

    Remember that if you’re fishing border water’s (Miss, or St Croix, Etc) you still need a license from MN if you’re a MN resident.

    Can you fish for trout without a trout stamp also?

    Yes, you do not need a trout stamp, but all other regulations are in effect.

    I know this is not under the heading of this post, but Iowa is also doing their free fishing weekend Friday – Sunday this week, and the above holds true for IA trout as well.
