Older Eagle problems? Help!

    OK,
    I have an older Eagle Ultra Classic that is poopin out I think. It turns on but there’s a bunch of lines through the screen and is hard to see anything. I noticed the transducer cord has a little cut in it right about the ‘ducer. COuld this be the problem? If so, I’m wondering if anyone has one laying around (black plugs) that you would be interested in getting rid of at a resonable price?? I think most any of the black plugs should work shouldn’t they? Thanks for any help.

    You might try plugging it in to someone elses transducer and see if it works.Also if your unit was left out in the extreme cold I have heard of problems similar to this

    Un plug the transducer and run it on the “simulator” program. If the problem still exist, I would have to say your sonar is worn out. If it goes away, try a new transducer……
