Please welcome Dick Danz to IDA’s Field Staff

Dick will be reporting on the Rum River and Anoka Area Lakes.

More about Dick, in his own words…I was born in Duluth, MN and actually got a late start in life as a angler. I have owned and operated my business since 1988 which is a tackle & bait shop plus I have the states largest reel repair service. I sold the bait & tackle end of the business one year ago to enable me to guide more. I have fished tournaments for 15 years and have qualified for 10 National Championships fishing such Reservoirs as Table Rock, Mark Twain, Fort Gibson, Grand Lake of The Cherokees, Bull Shoals just to name a few. I hope to guide more and help people catch more fish showing differant techneques and equipment that might just help them.

Welcome Dick! I’m sure many of our members will be very interested in your reports from the Rum River!

I was introduced to Rum River smallies by a friend of Dicks and mine and always enjoy tradeing stories with Dick.

I know when things get tough on the Rum Dick can give advice to help.

I can’t say enough about Dick and his abilaities on the Rum and the upper Mississippi.

If you want a metro smallie guide trip that is second to none in scenery and just plaine HUGE smallies be sure to give Dick a call.

Dick has given up his staff position with Team Supreme to keep up his obligations as a guide.

Dick is a class A guide.

I’m looking forward to reading reports from Dick and am sure he will get some I.D.A members hooked on the best smallmouth in the metro.

    Welcome Dick

I guess that I cannot always keep the Rum to myself

I am 7 minutes from the river and fish it when I only have a few hour to fish. Glad someone will be covering it as well as the Mississippi area.
