I think she’s gonna fit right in. You guys that can’t behave yourselves are in big trouble.

I meant another non-lutey person, Herb. Glad to see another gal on board.
Just so there is no mis-understanding.

Hey Mr Putz, how do you fish for Lutefisk or do you find them laying on the shore?

Mr Putz, another question for you, how do you prepare that “shore” luety or is it ready to eat?

I know nothing about lutey-and not much else either-so this is just a guess. If the turkey buzzards haven’t dropped from the trees to devour it, it should be good.
Sun baked and ready to eat.

Tuck, I think you have to be into Lut…to get her address…the way it looks

I da, unless I missed it, you didn’t say what waters you fished…and for what? Please, please don’t tell me you fish for lutefisk

Ps I’m retiring the pig and am working on the new 05 poster for Jolly Ann Marine. Once I have that completed, I look for something springy

Well, Karen, I see you are from Wisconson so you must have been exposed to lutey at one time or another. Therefore I won’t comment on shore lunch or leftover buzzard carrion. My lutey is simmered in water until flakey and served with green beans in creamed mushroom sauce and mashed potatos with butter. That way I get my choice of what to dip the lutey into.
Lutey’s claim to fame is that it fueled Erik the Red’s voyage to the new world decades before that Spanish wimp landed here telling the locals that casinos were the way to go.

BTW, Briank, there is another food that is marinated in lye and salt just as lutey is processed. That food is called olives. Next time you have an olive in your martinee, think of me as your first cousin.

    hey I da.

I would like to say welcome to the sight and thanks for the good chuckles this morning. I am sure that you could add some great pointers to fishing that some of us good ol’ boys forget.

    thanks
