Fishing site SPAM?

    Anybody else been getting offers to join other fishing websites lately? Today I received the second one in as many weeks. I have also had others in my email in the past. I wish they would leave me alone, this is the only site I need

    Ive been getting them for the last year, i don’t see a need to go to any other site.

    Who’s sending you the spam? Are they using the PM’s system? If so, I wish members would alert me immediately. I can fix their wagon. So to speak.

    Ya, I got a email too from someone saying they had this new site and that it was local(wisconsin) but it was just junk – so ya, if it is from someone out here – thats what I think of your “new” site

    If you look into the profiles of some members profiles you will see where they are getting the list they need, really no way of preventing them of getting it unless you dont list email addresses in your profile. I have gotten as many as 10 different sites mailing me, I alos have checked them out and agree there is none compared to the couple I am a member of which I can say this one is top notch!!

    I dont know whats going on but i have been getting them also. in my email’s especally. why couldnt they at least have the decentcy(sp) to wait till fishing opens back up. now they have me on the floor crying in the fetal position that they dont like ida and are trying to pull me away too.

    It might have something to do with a certin picture floating around the internet of some guy in a pink dress!!

    Come to think about, that picture would make a great avatar image if someone were to go on that new site and present themselves as a “site gaurdian”!!
