Come Wednesday, I push the school work aside and park my butt in front of the TV. It is High School hockey tourney time. When I think of March Madness it is all about the puck. High School tournament, Final Five, and the College Hockey tournament. 
Does anyone else agree that this is the reel March Madness?

I agree with the WCHA Final Five, bought my tickets in a silent auction last Saturday, and the NCAA Hockey tourney. I think the High School tourney lost some of it’s luster when they went to the two class tourney. I miss the Grand Rapids, Roseau, type teams coming down here and taking on the schools with 50 times more kids. But that doesn’t mean that I wont keep my eyes on the tv most of the free time I have this weekend.
What is hockey??? 
As a Kansas boy all I have to say is Rock Chalk Jayhawk ….. Basketball is the real March Madness .. haha

i like to play hockey as much as I like to fish. I also work with kids at the public rink in which i work during the winter. so the real march madness does begin in less than 24 hours.

Heck my fishing partners wife takes this hole week off of work and stays at a motel just to get away from him and the kids for a week just to watch the tournys.
now theres a true hockey fan.
but for me as far as march madness goes its us Tourney fisherman spending the first weekends of march on the river fishing the FREEZE YOUR BUTT and IDA tourneys now thats True March madness baby. let the tourneys begin

I don’t think 23 is young. What’s the next age to look forward to???? I’m thinkin it’s all downhill from here! 
I can’t believe all of the blowouts in the single A quarterfinals. I am looking forward to some 2A overtime hockey. I hang out with a guy who played for White Bear two years ago, one who played for ER last year, a Jefferson grad, and another who has a brother on the Holy Angels. The wagers have been set and the beer has been boughten. Study till noon and then let the games begin.
