    Welcome to IDA!

We had a big ruckus about Zander over here this fall. Some restaurants were serving it AS walleye. Not much differance is there?

    Please…don’t send lutefisk!

RealSwede- You are a breath of fresh air amoungst this polluted bunch of fishermen.

How is it made with bacon? I’ve never had it that way.

Looking forward to your fishing posts.

Sounds good. I will have to add bacon as a side dish, which won’t be too long from now as I found a chunk of lutey in the freezer the other day. It’s been in there a little while but age should only make it better.
