Ok at least for us 30 yr olds But I found this game and talk about going back in the day. I remember this game and how much I thought Joe Montana was da man. It’s actually a pretty fun game if you have nothing better do if you’ve wrapped up for work for the day.

I’ll two up you on the age thing..

First how about a thrilling game of Pong.

And before that…a good old game of kickball. Yup the

type where you had to interact with other kids and involved

    a REAL ball.

(now I see tony beat me to the Pong) So I guess we are both old

Ok here we go. How about space invaders. Now there is an old one as well. Pong was that an activision game? I had something that was the size of an old VCR and only had two games on it. The controllers were twist knobs. I think it was pong and tennis.

Playing Army with plastic soldiers was fun when I was a kid, but as I got a little older I started playing….Doctor!!

I still like to play that game, unfortunately after 20 plus years, my patient isn’t as enthused as she used to be!!

My folks were so poor when we were kids, they used to cut holes in our pants pockets so we would have something to play with! Games were for rich kids!

As a kid I was pretty good at “Kick the Can”, now that I am older, I seem to be much better at getting it kicked! You can’t live with ’em……etc.etc.etc.

I think the earliest electronic game I remember playing was a bowling game. There was a metal thing about the size of a hockey puck, and you would slide it on the waxed game top, and the pins would swing up. You had to slide it pretty hard, so that it would bounce back to you off the back of the game. It came out around the same time that pinball games first were introduced.

Ok first of all the icant even rember the name first video game system i ever had. It only played one game. The one with the ball that bounced off te paddle on one side of the screen to the other side you had to have to players to play. But if were talking all time best throw in my vote for donkey kong or galaga. I could sit and play those for hours. That is before i went fishing for the first time. then the priorities changed.

Riverrat, I agree. Gotta go with Galaga.

Brian, why is it that my old man could always beat me in checkers, even with his Schnapps addled, senile mind?

I can talk smck, cause he is in Mexico.

We used to call them peeries.

When we bought our house we found lots of old marbles (I sure feel sorry for the kid that lost his marbles. ) Most are older than me. They are some pretty marbles for sure.
