Let me start by saying, I went walleye fishing for the first time, about a year and a half ago,I’m hooked. Last summer I bought a boat 93′ Alumacraft/97′ Mariner 50hp 4 stroke, nice boat, been very happy with it. Here’s where I need help, the boat dealer has a 2000 Lund, with a 50 hp merc 4 stroke, that is a repo their selling for the bank. They are asking $8800. The guy they repo’ed it from only left 1 seat, took off the trolling motor, and all the electronics. I was thinking of offering them 7500, what do you guys think?? Thanks for any advice, Ron

I would call a different dealer just to see what he says the boat is worth. If that price is correct and if the boat is in good shape then maybe you might to make the offer and go from there.
    Thanks, Bill

Check http://www.nadaguides.com They have boat, motor, and trailer values. They do not factor in extra’s like trolling motors and electronics. just remember, all extra’s are only worth about 1/3 value of new.

    Good Luck
