Does anyone still use these old type catalitic heaters in there ice shacks it must be 25yrs old and in excellant shape I don,t think they make them anymore I was wondering more for safety reasons. Its the white gas modelThanks 
My dad, who is 70 now still ahs one in his shack to this day and swears by em. I can assure you they kept my big butt nice and toasty for 25 yrs of fishin with him…LOL
Im a hvac guy by trade, and id say as long as your ventilating the area well enough it should pose no big safety threat as long as it is not completely discinigrated, there really is very little to wear out on them.
There was a big recall on some of these models a few years ago. I would contact coleman to find out about it!
