new products and trade names

    I have an idea and prototype of a fishing rod excessory that will become a fishing household name and piece of equipment. I also have a possible trade name of a new style of fishing that could also be used on a whole line of fishing gear. Something like the texas rig where there are texas rig hooks, rods and reels etc. I need to know who to talk to where my ideas are not stolen and I can somehow benifit from them whether I sell the ideas or get some royalties.
    This will go big and get there fast. like I said, fishing household names and products. Just need to be led in the rite direction with honest people.

    The first thing you will want to do is patent or trademark your idea or product. There are shelves of books written on the process. You can also start out here >>>> http://www.uspto.gov/

    Is there any company’s in the upper midwest that would be interested in producing and owning the rites to a couple of great ideas and trade markable names. I just don’t have the time and would rather supply the help in the design and marketing.
    Kwkfsh I never did get a PM from you. These products will either make the rich, richer, or help a company out that wants to get on the map. This is going to be a first come first serve information. I will just need a form signed that My ideas won’t be stolen and the information will be shared. I want to get this thing rolling for the spring opener which should not be a problem at all.

    Anybody know of any honest companys that have the capability to develop My products?
    Really need to get together with someone to get the ball rolling.

    Still looking for someone to manufacture some of my new products.
    First come first serve, this needs to get rolling before someone else comes up with these products.We do have a prototype of one of the products.
