I fished Potholes Reservoir in Grant County (the Columbia River Basin) and caught a nice “Big Girl” this past Saturday evening. The fish was caught on a blade bait in thirty feet of water, heading back to catch her older and fatter sister on Wed. evening (the 10th of Nov) hopefully I will have a picture of another C&R trophy Washington State walleye! Oh I only taped this fish at 30 inches and opted to leave her gills alone as weighing fish is not a good idea, thirty inches is ten pounds in my book?

The fish was caught on a Zonar Blade Bait, I have not tried true jigging spoons, another bait that works are Storm Wild Eye jigs (4″ firetiger or rainbow trout)
