I’m a little nervous about this one. The Eagle D-backs are short so I hope they can get the ball to Moss but on the road in Philly can be tough.

    What do you think?

This should be a great game to watch for any fan if you like high powered offenses with lots of touchdowns. I don’t expect much defense from either secondary. I can’t wait for kickoff, GO VIKES!!!!

I think it is going to be an excellent game. It won’t be decided until the fourth quarter(at least I hope not. I have to work until 10PM). But I believe in my team. They’ll pull it out. I say Vikes 30, Eagles 24.

I think it will be a great game. Vikings 33 Eagles 17. The key will be turnovers. Eagles fumble once and throw one interception. SOD runs for 135 yards. Daunte throws for 295 yards, and 3 TD’s, and 0 interceptions. It’s going to suck getting up at 4:45 am tomorrow morning, but it’s much easier when the Vikes win.

    Go Purple!

P.S. The mighty Hovan comes out of his slump tonight. 2 1/2 sacks.

I’ll take the Vikes to cover the 3 points and the over 49. Look to Moss for a big game. First play from scrimmage BOMB to >>>>>>>>>> Moss. TD.

I’m as big a Vikings fan as anybody…..but I just got this feeling waaaaaaaaaaay down in my gut (yeah, I already tried the tums, it didn’t help )……..There’s NO possible way the vikes are gonna win this game .

I actually feel it’s gonna be mighty ugly…..like 35-10 eagles

    sorry guys……

America was robbed….of a good finish anyway. The officiating was horrible, and it started early.

1st Eagle drive 3 and 10, incomplete, holding penalty….where? what holding????

Birk holding on Culpepper TD….huh? What are they watching?

McNabb catch for 8 yds, why do we have to point out the rule to the refs?

TO STILL hasnt gotten control of that ball

I think we got one shadow holding/interference penalty from the Eagles D

It would have been great to see a well called game and see the last 5 minutes of a tight game. I dont think we would have for sure won the game, but it would have been exciting.

I’m surprised the packer fans aren’t jumping down our throats with the number of championships they have won. I didn’t care for the offfciating, but in reality, the O line stunk it up. I understand they were injured, but who are these guys backing up the starters?? I felt the receivers could have done a better job of coming back to Daunte at times, and he needs to hang on to the dang ball. All in all, the Philly’s D made our offense look very out of sink. It’s just one loss, but it could have home field advanatage implications come the end of the season.

    Bring on Da Bears!!!!

Ugly Vikings game. To many mistakes on both sides of the ball. I never blame the officials for a loss, and won’t start today, but they did stink. We did some good things on offense, we lead time of possession 37.53 to 22.07, and had total yards 410 to 317. Mistakes at the wrong time really cost us. Just like the Packers last week, looked good on the stats sheet, not on the field. I am thinking Tice will have the players (and coaches) ready to kick the Bears next Sunday.

    P.S. Anyone else tired today?

No Rosenthal, No Moe Williams (goal line), No Flyingsaucer (rookie penalties instead), no Bennett. No reason to worry yet.

I am just disappointed that it could have been a great nailbiting finish and that was taken away.

Do any of you folks realize the Vikings have lost 16 of their last 17 games on grass.

How big of a role did your ‘fake thug’ Hovan play again last night? I thought now, with Williams and the DE that you were the next coming of the Steel Curtain?

I watched Hovan play alot last night, and although he was doubled a whole bunch, he just doesn’t make any plays. He really needs to do something to live up to the hype. Up until last night, I was always a defender of his, but he needs to do more.

What are you supposed to do when your doubled? Are we talking about Hovan or a cartoon character? Getting attention like that seems to me like hes doing his job.
