I am not sure if I have ever seen it Thunder, Lightning, and RAIN so much in 18 hours in my life! I am not sure how far north this reached but for those of you south of Winona, the river must be on the rise FAST! This should change things for a bit. Perhaps this is just what the doctor ordered for the fish to get in a feeding mood.
    Time will tell.

Here’s a stupid question for you. If it rains lets say 1″, how much does that bring the river up?
