Just curious as to whether anyone has had any luck lately on pool 9 or 10 for walleyes. Thanks

As of a week ago I was catching walleyes on the wing dams…working cranks and jigs tipped with live bait…
also running dubuque rigs in front of the wing dams…good luck !!

I know you said you were doing some experimenting with Dubuque rigs… any findings yet that you’d like to share?

Just curious… I’ve never had a great deal of confidence when fishing them. I think maybe having the dropper be a plain weight gives me a better feel for what the rig is doing? Don’t know, just know that I haven’t played around enough to really have a feel for fishing it.

Hoping to not sound too out of it, but what is a “Dubuque”rig?

    ok…I’m gonna give this a try…

from the line on your pole tie on a 3-way swivel, from one eye on the swivel tie on a line about 12″ long and then on a 1/2 oz – 1 oz jig and put either a BFT Ringworm or K-Grub on it, then on the other eye run about 5′ of line back to either a crank bait or a live bait floating jig…

Drop you set-up down into the water working the face of the wingdams or anywhere you think the walleyes might be hanging out

Cool. Thanks, sounds interesting for those places where 2 lures per line are allowed.

Nope, it is considered two lines in the water.

So what if two people fish the same pole?
