This is a bit late, but I wanted to post something about my trip up there to Wisconsin a week ago. It turns out I had very little time to fish, and it came in two small pieces, one on Saturday and one on Thursday night, probably less than two hours each night. Joel obviously knows what he is doing, a real stickler for details. That is a mark of a guy who really knows how to consistently catch fish. We did not catch any whoppers, which kind of annoyed Joel, but I was happy with the numbers. Lake Wisconsin is quite pretty too, and either there is an over-abundance of fish, or I was just out with the right guy. Had fun with Joel, and I recommend his guide service to anyone who likes walleyes. I understand he knows a thing or two about catfish too. Joel’s a fun guy to fish with.
