I’ve had my War Eagle 754 LDV since last November and I’ve had zero problems. I bought mine primarily for fishing the cold weather months at Red Wing and it’s been a great boat the short time I’ve owned it.

I bought a 648 LDV a couple years ago and have had zero issues with it. VERY happy with it.

Do you have any specific concerns quality wise about them ?

I had the chance to run the 648LDV with a 40hp Yamaha Jet all day yesterday cruising up and down some super skinny river water. It was the first time I’ve played around with it extensively and love it. It was perfect for fishing 2 guys with plenty of room.

Pat and I were talking about how we would simply go with a jet engine if we were to get one. Good torque and we could run it in around 8 inches of water with 3 guys and a ton of gear.

It appeared everything is built really solid, the only thing I could see a need for would be more storage especially for fishing.

got a new 860 and came damaged in shipping with side rail dented and multiple scratches. Appear to be shipping issues. Center console came pre-rigged with motor trim switch on outside of throttle rather than on thumb side. Dealer will make repairs but wondered if anyone has run into this.
