Here is some updated information about the No Wake restrictions currently on Lake Minnetonka. Information comes from the LMCD (Lake Minnetonka Conservation District).
Quote:
Minimum wake restrictions will remain in effect until the Lake level remains below 930.30 feet for three consecutive days. Today’s Lake level reading that was taken by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) was 930.65 feet.

The District’s engineer, Wenck Associates, has developed a report estimating how long it may take to lower the Lake Minnetonka level to the Ordinary High Level (OHW) of 929.40 given normal precipitation events. Assuming normal weather conditions for the rest of the season, the District’s engineer estimates Lake Minnetonka would not reach a normal goal elevation until early to mid-July.
If it’s going to take almost a month to drop to 929.40 from 930.65, to get down below 930.30 for 3 consecutive days is likely going to be at least a week before we go back to “No Wake 600′ from shore” instead of “No Wake on Entire Lake”
