Great Customer Service

    I just want to give a big shout out to Frankie’s Marine

    Last week I brought my boat in to Frankie’s to get my 9.9hp Johnson Kicker motor fixed.

    My boy Joe jumped right on the issue, and had me out the door in 45 min

    Here I though I was going to be without a boat for a week, and spend a bunch of money getting it fixed

    But he took care of it right then and there, by replacing the motor, that raises and lowers the panther mount

    Not only did I get to take my boat home with me that day, but It didn’t cost me anything

    Thank You Guys for the great customer service, I really appreciate it

    Back in 1998 i bought a Ranger from them. Have had nothing but the highest praise for them. Glad it worked well for you also.
