They seem to be going around. I waited almost two weeks expecting mine to be gone but it lingered in the form of a constant sore throat. I finally went in and it turns out I had a sinus infection causing my sore throat and other minor symptoms. Antibiotics should clear it up quickly. I should have went in a week ago but who would have thunk. If you have a cold that lingers you may want to have it checked out.

My wife is battling one now. I had my turn a few weeks ago. Two kids in daycare bring home a lot of bugs!

This time of year can be murder for allergies too. As people get older they become more prone to these things. My heart meds don’t let me take anything that is even hinting at a decongestant but a new product, Nasacort Allergy 24 hour, has really helped with the stuffed head for me. Use it first thing in the morning and I’m breathing clear for the whole day. The beauty of it is, you can use it for cold related congestion too.

The best thing all of you guy’s with cold’s could do? Get thee into a sauna! Ask any old Finnlander and they will tell you the same thing! If that doesn’t help you, nothing will! DIRTBALL2

My ears have been plugged for at least a month now. I went on a bike ride this morning and every bump I hit my ears would pop.
