115 hp Optimax issues part 2

So I finally started digging in to my motor. The impeller was in perfect condition hardly any wear. So I decided to flush it and blow it out, ok good to go everything seems normal and when connected to the back flusher water comes from everywhere it should. So then I pulled out the strainer and there is no blockage! I hooked it up to the muffs and no water comes out the indicator Should I pull the thermostat and replace? Is there any way to test the thermostat in the optimax?

Check the filter from compressor to the discharge line, most likely is plugged or stick a wire up discharge tube while running with water going thru it may be something suck in there.

I had the discharge hole plugged from the factory, they had mistakenly filled it with buffing compound. Just verify nothing has clogged it up.
