What better place than IDO to get answers to non-fishing questions? 
We’re purchasing a home in Maple Grove. I need to pick a garbage hauler–the list of options is 10 deep, and the hauler we use at our current home is not an option. Rather than waste (pun intended) hours calling all of them, I was hoping some fellow IDOers could help me narrow my focus…good, bad, ugly…who do you use and/or recommend?

Watch out for a particular company that seems to be taking the unscrupulous approach of Predatory Pricing. I was called a few days ago and offered a rate that is less than 25% of my current provider and of other major waste haulers in the area.
They recently bought out another Major Waste Hauler and are aggressively marketing their service starting with 6-months Free, then a 2-year contract at $10.50 per month including Recycling.
My current hauler gave me a better rate, but I told them I did not expect them to match the Predatory Price.
Why you ask would I pay more?
Because if successful in 5-years this Predator will drive all the small Locally Owned Haulers out of business, then we will have no choice but to pay whatever they demand.
Go Local and get better service without pushing out the little guys and keeping friends or neighbors employed.

Largemouth bass….probably from a drainage ditch. I am not a big saltwater fishing guy. Too many dang options.
I live in Brooklyn Park on the Maple Grove border. We use Curbside waste. Their prices are on the lower side compared to some of the other competitors and we have had good luck with their customer service when needed. One time we forgot to put out our can and called and asked if we could put an extra bag on the side the following week and they obliged without charging us extra despite it was my fault i didn’t put the can at the curb in my rush to get to work.
OUr neighborhood has Randys sanitation out of Delano and we are very happy with them. we live in Plymouth
