Will be staying 2-3 nights and was hoping someone can point me to a clean and reasonable motel in Virginia MN. Will be staying in the middle of the week.

Lakeshore motor inn is where I stay when I grouse hunt in the winter. Nothing fancy but clean

Pineview is great. They have huge corner rooms that sleep 4 guys in separate beds for $95 (in the winter). Straight shot out to the north in the morning. Good luck fishing.

There is a Super 8 on the south end of town across from the hockey hall of fame.

The reviews on the Super 8 were not good at all.

There is a small motel right behind the Sawmill, I can’t recall the name but it’s cheap and clean…the Sawmill is a great place to eat and get a cold one!

X3 on American Inn next to Sawmill. Definitely grab a bite at the Sawmill too, good service, good food, nice atmosphere. It is located right on hwy 53, so it is easy to find and easy to get back on the road.
    Skip the Super 8
