Anybody find any yet? Saw the first report from SE MN today and several from NE IA so they must be starting. Some days in the upper 70s and 80s ought to get things moving. I may start looking tomorrow… I have some nice wild turkey breast to pair them with so… its time

I heard of some peeking out around the cities but I think 1-2 weeks.(Leaning towards 2) I’m not good at predicting them but always get a feeling when its time based on the progress of everything else.

My grandmother told me when the Lilacs flower is the time to start looking. I have a great spot that I get morels from, but nothing yet.

Are you positive? I’d be willing to go check it again for you.

They are out down here. Mostly greys, but some yellows. No peak yet. The sandier soils are producing more so far.
