Terrible. Not sure what makes people think they have the right to get on neighbors for doing nothing illegal. You sure never have the right to kill someone unless they are trying to do you harm. Hope he rots in prison.

not a good deal but it is illegal to feed deer. However if I was asked numerous times to not do it by a neighbor I would stop just to get along. Seems like a total tragedy but one that could have been prevented. according to the other neighbors they thought that this could happen pretty scary.

The deer feeding ban was lifted a while ago, so unless there is a local ordinance, feeding them is not against the law. Maybe not welcome in a residential neighborhood, but there is a large woods right there too so deer are as much neighbors as the idiot with the gun. I agree with Pug and think maybe Jr. needs some blanket therapy about midnight some night.

While we are being critical, it is also illegal to kill animals in the metro area like a doe and her fawn and dump them on your neighbors lawn. Maybe that is where Charles Manson got his lyme disease.
