Took some tree trimmings down to the local area in town that we can use for dumping green stuff and guess what I found. Someone had dump some hosta’s and I for one are always looking for something free. I will cut them up and plant some around my place and a few at my son house. I believe I counted 66 single plants. That is a fist fill of dollars. P.S. Thank you Thank you someone!!!

Awesome. My parents are way into planting/landscaping, and they always sell tons of plants they’ve split at garage sales. I benefit from their excess, too!

I have soooo many Iris’s that should have been split years ago. Now they don’t even hardly flower.

Getting old Time to dig out and plant new…

I’m always ready to trade for a new type of hosta…

I have 15 different varieties out of over 400…

    Need more

Plant those in groups of at least 5 and you are golden….

In 7 years of owning my home, I don’t think I’ve ever paid for a hosta, or most my other landscape plants either. I just kind of wind up with them…

Anyone in the Madison area want some peonies this fall?
