Took some tree trimmings down to the local area in town that we can use for dumping green stuff and guess what I found. Someone had dump some hosta’s and I for one are always looking for something free. I will cut them up and plant some around my place and a few at my son house. I believe I counted 66 single plants. That is a fist fill of dollars.

Awesome. My parents are way into planting/landscaping, and they always sell tons of plants they’ve split at garage sales. I benefit from their excess, too! 
I have soooo many Iris’s that should have been split years ago. Now they don’t even hardly flower.

Plant those in groups of at least 5 and you are golden….
In 7 years of owning my home, I don’t think I’ve ever paid for a hosta, or most my other landscape plants either. I just kind of wind up with them…
