Agression Minnow… Anyone use these that have also used Zoom’s “Super Fluke”? Any comparison on action when Texas Rigged? Planning on getting a pack regardless, but depending on the feedback I may replace my usual “fluke” order with these.

I have been helping field test Trigger X for almost 4 years

now. I also use some Zoom products regularly.

The Trigger X is a pheromone impregnated plastic, like Yum or Powerbait. So the purpose is scent attraction, along with

    the other regular actions.

The Zoom fluke is slightly softer and has a stronger swimming action, but not inherent scent formula. Your idea of trying them out is the best answer.

I have had great success with the Trigger X Agression 4″ Grub, Flappin Craw, Spadetail worm and Senko.

If you havent given the 4 inch gulp minnow a try, I would let those in on your experiment. Ive never texas rigged them, but it is defiantly my favorite plastic bait ive ever used. Ive caught several walleyes, bass, and northerns from shore using it with a jig. Im going to gull lake and the turtle flambeau flowage in the next few weeks and I plan on using these minnows the majority of the time.

Not quite what I’m looking for but thanks Tbrooks.

So I ordered some Drop Dead and Aggression Minnows. If the stock runs thin in a few weeks, you’ll know I had good success!

Did they get the issue with them adhering to one another fixed? Liked using them until they were all stuck together in the pack.

The packaging for TriggerX and Gulp can still use improvement. Gulp packs still leak and are messy and the TriggerX is terrible in any sunlight and will melt and fuse together. I’ve ruined 1 out of every 2 bags I’ve bought so far. They catch fish, especially have loved the leaches, but have grown tired of throwing them away in a glob. I’m about to buy and try Uncle Josh Meat so I can be like Joe B.

I feel like the melting together in sunlight is consistent with many scented plastics, I usually dump mine into a snack size ziplock and keep them in a sack, pocket, or in a compartment inside the boat and they do just fine. I’ve noticed colored zoom flukes get really soft and reform in sunlight as well, so I typically use the pearl white which hasn’t done that for me.
