Where is everyone fishing this year? What are you fishing for with the cold lakes and high water levels on the river this year?

Fortunately the season never closes in this part of Wisconsin The great thing about opener is that it finally relieves some of the traffic around here.

Sorry Steveo, I have both those bodies of water booked for the weekend. Lake of the woods has some openings (in the ice). Good luck up there.

Planned on going to Pete or CR after opening up the weekend place in DWood. A relative passed and services are in order for the weekend.

I may dabble at the cabin (NW Wi) after the work is done including launching the pontoon Sat morning. Depends on weather and wind. Also may chase some suckers.

Hopefully Holcombe. Weather isn’t helping with the docks getting in and our small fishing boat’s motor is having issues. Had nice talk with Dean at Skeet Boat center to see if he had any helpful thoughts. Hoping to get my 3 year old son out for the first time.
