    no it did not happen on the river. it has to do with a boat purchase from a private party

    No, but I had it happen to me. Thank goodness after awhile my insurance company turned it over to their lawyers because they finally felt the same way I did. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. Never heard another thing.

    the purchase took place in Wisconsin and I reside in Minnesota. previous owner lives in Wisconsin. so does anyone know a lawyer???
