    I would think working in the IT field yourself you would know that the IT employee had no other option but to report the Video incident.
    I’d imagine its standard protocol to begin with but with the Sandusky deal fresh in our minds it was a no brainer for him to turn it over to higher ups and for them to decide if it needed further law enforcement action. And obviously the a DA or prosecutor thought there was some thing to it or they would not have charged him.

    It’s a phone. Did he give it to them for a reason? Was it a tech guy? I just read a University employee. That’s what I was talking about in that post.

    My recollection was he was having problems or needed a new phone brought it to IT and it was discovered.

    I think the majorty of the blame goes to the DA/prosecutor.

    Thanks for the info. When a judge throws it out, yep, the DA or whoever is prosecuting is usually to blame.
